Ascendance Truck Centers

My shop/office sent me here for a simple oil change/maintenance while out of town. Dropped off truck something came up to where I had to wait on the property. Asked if I could take my truck and come back due to being a utility company had things to take care of. Was told have to wait on payment. All fine an dandy. 20 mins go by boss wants to pay with a credit card get told it's still being looked at after being in the bay for over an hour and a half if not close to 2 hours. Felt like my truck was held hostage. Kinda pissed me off "holding" my truck. Didn't seem to worried about the customers time just there own

Chris Kelley is an outstanding individual and employee. He assisted with the truck repair, explaining everything thoroughly, guiding me through the issue, and helping resolve the problem. He is an incredibly kind and exceptional person. Thank you to the dealership for having such amazing people on their team. Always ask for him—he works in the service department. I’m deeply grateful for his support!

Was driving a new model International and the key ignition slipped. I got there within 1 minute of closing and a mechanic came out and fixed the problem in 10 min. I had special needs cats with me and he made sure not to scare them or let them escape. I can't thank him enough !!!

I was on a long haul on I-90, far from home, and broken down. Luckily Five Star was 12 miles away. Their tech come right out and made some adjustments then sent me on my way. They really saved me big time and their response was like old time friendly service that isn't so common these days. I'm very grateful!
